How to apply | Harvest Fund grantees
COVER SHEET
Provide a one page cover sheet that tells us:
- Contact information
Your name
Title
Organization name
Project name
Address, town, state, zip
Phone, fax, email, websit
Date
- In fifty words or less, a description of your organization and the project you want funded.
- Amount requested.
- Geographic area in Maine served by this proposal.
- Tax status: Is your organization tax-exempt? If not, tell us the name of your tax-exempt sponsoring organization.
- Name, affiliation, and phone numbers of two community references not directly involved in this project.
- Your signature on this statement:
I represent this organization. The information in this application is true to the best of my knowledge.
Make this page the cover of your proposal. Do not add a cover letter.
BUDGET PAGES
Provide:
- an organizational budget for the grant year.
- a project budget, if you’re applying for project funding.
- a list of other foundation grants, with amounts received, committed, or projected.
- any notes that will help clarify your budget.
